_Since we train skills, behaviors
and attitudes, our Trainings are greatly hands-on. Also, they are agile, dynamic, interactive and participative.
_Learning by doing. There is a broad variety of practical resources: role-plays, cases, games, videos, quotes…
_Use the group as a reflection
element. Experiences and personal/professional situations are shared and giving/receiving feedback is encouraged.
_Each module is summed up in a digital memo card
available for smartphone.
_Practice

_For this very reason, sessions spread out over 3/4 weeks. At the end of each session, 3 ideas
