With "C" as in change. Create, develop and take care of a group of change heroes that will be the beacon and engine of cultural transformation.
_It's time to review
Face-to-face session to be completed 3-6 months after the change initiative to review the practive period and commitments progress, refresh concepts and provide new content, if necessary.

Meetings to be held every 3 months between the consultant and the participant in order to support the transfer of the action and analize a given period of time.

Monthly virtual meetings to balance the proper application of the individual action plan.
